Access Voicemail from Outside

1. Dial the number you wish to check example 541-278-6244 

2. Once the voice mail message comes on press #6 

3. * and your extension example *6244 

4. Enter password followed by the # sign

Change voicemail greeting from outside line

1. Dial  the number you wish to change example 541-278-6244

2. Once the voice mail message comes on press #6

3. * and your extension  example *6244

4. Enter password followed by the # sign.

5. Select option 4 follow the prompts

To Call a Speed Dial Number

1. Press “AUTO DIAL/STORE”    

2. * +2 DIGIT SPEED DIAL # Example: *01

To set FWD/DND to VM on Busy/NA

1. *71

2. 0

3. 5

4. 1861#

To Dial From Computer (Must have CA installed)

1. Highlight phone number

2. Press ctrl-shift-z

To Record Temporary VM Greeting

1. Go off hook

2. 1861

3. Password#

4. 4 (Mailbox Management)

5. 1 (Change Personal Greeting)

6. 5 (Temporary Greeting)

7. Wait for tone, record message, then press 1 (To pause and restart recording, press two.)

8. Recording will play. 

9. And to end the recording, press one and then follow the prompts to review which is number one.

10. Once you have listened to the recording, if you are happy, press two to accept or three to try again.

To Change Ringtone

1. Press ‘Program’ followed by the intercom button twice.

2. The large 24 key phone has 32 ringtones to choose from, whereas the small 8 key phones only have 8.

3. Use your navigation dial to scroll through and listen to them.

4. Press your ‘store’ or ‘enter’ key when you have found the one you want.

5. Lift your handset to exit the program.
