Phish Hook Button is Gone or Does Not Work

If your phish hook button does not appear at all:

Open a chrome browser, and in the top right corner right below the x to close the window you will see your profile icon. Click on that and there will be an option to "turn on sync," click that and the phish hook should appear.

If your phish hook button does not work:

Open a Chrome Browser
In the top right hand corner, next to the 'X' that closes the window, you will see an orange phish hook icon with a small red question mark next to it. Right click on it
Click "Options"
Click "Validate Permissions"
Wait for a KnowBe4 pop-up window to appear. When it does, scroll to the bottom and click "Allow"
Go back to your email and refresh the page.
1. If that does not work, close out of everything Chrome-related and reopen
2. If that does not work, restart your pc, and the phish hook should work
